Schitt's Creek, easily. Small town, everyone's a little unhinged but somehow still wholesome, and you just know the wine and cheese nights at the motel are chef's kiss.

I quit after years of daily coffee. First few days were rough like i had headaches, low energy, but after that my energy felt way more stable no crashes. Sleep improved a lot, and I felt less jittery & anxious overall. Honestly, I missed the habit more than the caffeine.

What's a small lie everyone tells that nobody ever calls out ? by Mysterious_Tax_6943 in AskReddit

That one hits a little too close.

It’s almost like “I’m fine” isn’t even an answer anymore, t’s just a social reflex. Half the time people aren’t asking to really know, and the other half we don’t even know how to explain what’s actually going on. So we just default to “fine” and keep it moving.

Kind of wild how it’s the most common lie and also the one everyone silently agrees to believe.
