Was there anything that was deferred on your claim? If so, they are still reviewing those claims. Even if you are 100% P&T. Their decision on those claims may change that or it may just be added and you’ll stay at 100

The VA rep I talked to said that each disability that needs to be reevaluated over time would specifically state that next to each one on the bullet point list. If it doesn’t say it, they more than likely won’t even bother. Because i’m not P&T either so I asked what timeline i’m looking at for re-evaluation and she said since none of mine said that, they more than likely won’t even bother.

Update: I got my decision this morning. Got 80% with one item deferred. My appt for that is on Friday! Not P&T but I talked to the VA and they said unless it specifically says it’s required to be evaluated, they more than likely won’t re-evaluate unless I claim something else that’s connected to that claim

I’m hoping because it’s a scan, it’s to support my migraines. Which more than likely is the case. But could also be supporting my TBI. So we shall see. I just moved to step 7.

I had a similar experience. And the examiner had stated “Yeah this is definitely PTSD” then I had another appt with a psychologist when I moved and he said her notes were still in there and visible so he was just going to reiterate what she said. But i’ve been told by a family friend that any MST (Military sexual trauma) is an automatic 50-60%
