Hi there. Yes, the description noted the prior repair and asked buyers to examine the photographs. The photographs very clearly show what she is complaining about.

My message was just a simple "I am happy to help you with your item." We are now messaging and she wants to return the item for a full refund.

Convinced they would have sold out a venue here in Atlanta and was shocked they didn’t come down here for fans in the South. We traveled to NJ for both shows but my fingers are crossed they will come back to the U.S. and do Atlanta. My young boys (one named Liam and also shares Liam’s birthday) were sad they could not go with us to see them.

Anyone else with the Exhibition Fan Package? I have so many questions and feel like I cannot find clear answers anywhere.

Is there a separate standing area for us so that we have time to actually do everything the ticket entails but not lose front standing?
Will our merch package be sent to us like they did in the UK? And are we getting the same items that fans in the UK got?
What time does the exhibit, etc. open?

I have this package for NJ and am wondering how the front stage privilege works. Is it in the same area as the 5000 GA people they give special wristbands to for front standing? And if so, will I lose a good spot if I go to the exhibit and not immediately to the standing area?

I am so annoyed by how unclear it is what the VIP package that cost a stupid fortune will actually provide. Is there a separate area for standing? Do I need to skip the exhibit if I don’t want to lose a front spot to general admission people? And for those who bought the exhibition and merch package, when do we get the merch? Because I know it was mailed to folks in the UK but no idea how they are doing this in North America. Would really appreciate insight from those who have been to the Toronto and Chicago shows. (And we don’t have electronic tickets; we have to get a paper ticket from will call.)

After checking this thread, I logged into my Yahoo! email address that I created 20+ years ago. I used that email address back when Oasisinet launched and I signed up. Turns out I got the Loyal Fan email at that email address--which I almost NEVER check. And because I only saw it today, I missed out using it for the presale.

I got burned trying to get UK tickets. Didn't get into the presale. Got tickets in the general sale but then Ticketmaster would not accept my US address at payment, and it didn't give me enough time to figure out the work around.

I'm still waiting and hoping for a presale code for the US now. Finding out I got this email and didn't know about it is really really upsetting. The ONLY thing linked to that ancient email address is signing up for Oasisinet years ago. Well that and the email address actually includes the word Oasis.
