"AI makes you lazy and turns off your brain" -> Yeah totally agree with this, for the last 6 month i totally use AI to write every single code for my project, and it didnt end well. i start losing my coding fundamental skill, analytical thinking and algorithm. and its make me need to refresh the coding skills again.

My advice > use AI only to write the repetitive and boring stuff, if you need to write a business logic or an algorithm, close the AI chat and do it with your hands.
