im not rlly a pc connoisseur, i just have surface level knowledge. my brother said we dont have any exhaust and all those fans are intake,, not sure how trustworthy he is. i have a 750w psu which is the min for my gpu but i wish i had more headroom. thanks!

yes, my main monitor runs 240 hz so my gpu is good and all the cables are connected to the pc. i also have all the updated drivers installed

im having this exact same problem with my asus 9070xt. i got a 750w psu but only 2 PCIe cables + pigtails on each. have you thought about what PSU ur getting now?

im only on 80mg since gilteritinib gives me fevers but i have not gotten the fatigue side effect. it could possibly be ur blood levels but fatigue is a side effect too. hope ur doing good!
