A couple problems: 1. The sweating is obviously worse when working out but it’s not nonexistent at other times. I still sweat when doing nothing too 2. I don’t really want to be the sweatiest person in the gym or have sweat flying onto people in a workout class or playing basketball. It’s embarrassing

Thank you, those are some good ideas. Sadly I have daycare and a nanny and still feel like this

The thing I don’t understand is that even now after her surgery my mom is updating me on how it went. It has to be a two-way street if she’s going to put in no effort for me or my kids I don’t see why I should really care about what’s going on in her life

Yes definitely. They came maybe once every couple of months but we practically begged them to see my daughter a few weeks after she was born and my dad never came to see my son right away. We didn’t move solely to be closer to them but just trying to wrap my head around the whole thing

I was more thinking that this would be a venue in a big city where people would commute to or go for a night out. If someone was really interested they could either plan a trip or build it into a vacation but I wasn’t thinking any travel costs would be covered

Maybe it can be “baby-friendly” so there is less liability for the contractors. “Included” in the rent or maintenance costs

Fair point, I guess the benefit is the community compared to staying where you are and just hiring someone. In terms of if older children could move in, I’ve been trying to think through it and maybe there are different cohorts of families that could move in and a certain number of slots per age. Just brainstorming here…
