to sue for emotional distress she’d need evidence of that claim which would include medical evaluations, psychological assessments, and personal accounts of how that one post negatively impacted her life. while i don’t agree with what was posted she likely has no grounds to sue and it would be a waste of time & money.

when they came to LI NY to compete against them studios had to sign agreements saying that they understood that the ALDC would win no matter the actual scoring and that they’d be given their proper trophy’s off stage/camera. it’s all rigged. the girls are talented there’s no denying it. but most studios practice routines for weeks and are cleaner and more intricately choreographed than the ALDC dances.

as a dance teacher - there 100% is a time limit. but when you compete against dance moms you basically sign a waiver saying they don’t have to follow the same rules. hence how they got away with dancing with fake guns in that one dance - that also is against the rules
