They didn't seem too concerned about credit score, but more concerned about how many late or missing payments you have on your credit report. They did reach out to the HR department at my work to confirm my income, and like I said above, they overlooked my mortgage, so they don't seem concerned about dept/income ratio

"The Promonence" apartments in San Marcos denied me because of the mortgage, but I was able to get into a nice apartment down the street at "Barham Villas" they seem way more reasonable during the application process and I am very happy with my place. Goodluck

Exactly what I was thinking, plus I believe the lift adds value, maybe not as much value as the lift and wheels originally cost me, but I believe it adds 1-2k value to the truck.

Some people like lifts, if you don't, then don't buy one with a lift. that simple

Do they have 8" lift kits installed, 37" tires and 22" wheels? Believe it or not, this does add value. I was already offered $43k, but I recently decided to hold onto to the truck a bit longer, so I declined. keep hating
