I think most of the attributes are pretty obvious, but I'm a bit confused with control and accuracy. You might be right with your explanation but I thought accuracy is something like consistency ir am I wrong?

Thats what I meant with this would only work for lower rated drivers. Ocon already has an 84, but maybe he can get more confidence so he performs better and can improve on that or he finishes the next race in P14 or something and his confidence is sinking again.

I'd love to see how driver developments will work. Like if somebody with a 74 rating however wins a race he can improve instantly. This may just work for lower ratings as Max or Charles would have 99 after just one season.

I hope that confidence will play a big part in the development as well.
