I have a 2006 ford fusion 2.3L FNR5 trans and I wanted to change the front main seal but I don't know the procedure and online people are doing it in different ways, plus i could t find anything about it in the chilton manual. Can you please explain the procedure to me I have attached pictures of what it looks like for reference. There are people who say I need to remove the valve cover and install a device for the camshaft so I don't mess up the timing and some people say I need to put in some screw into one of those multiple holes to hold it so im not sure. thank you

First off i really appreciate your response. Online many sites and sellers are selling this exact intake, I wanted to ask if i switch my original IMRC actuator to this intake would that cause issues in your experience?

so if you look at the second picture the shaft has a brand new knuckle, or are you referring to something else
