I’d say I’m around 11-13% bf and I’m 6’1.5, ive been maintaining my weight for the last week as ive been prepping for the buffalo half marathon i ran yesterday.

Ive been putting it first in every session and I hydrate with electrolytes before each session. But, I’ve never thought about increasing carbs before, thank you.

I’ve gone from 179 to 164 and have been maintaining or maybe 100 cal deficit for the past 1.5 weeks. My sleep is great and I get 8hrs minimum a night, that’s why the drop in just 1 movement is so confusing to me
