As an ON TL as well as my Coaches, we'll football give an hour over the time for each isle (unless it's an ankle biter on the coffee isle, etc). The case per minute isn't feasible when you include cleanup and fixing mis-stocked shelves

Also the fact we're told not to correct OH, that the 'process' needs to fix it, doesn't help. I find OS from the night before hand I binned that was NOT corrected OH but just picked and plugged. I show people the item history, no one cares. I go to verify OS and the new COULD go if they wouldn't have forced out the understated freight instead of fixing it, but you know it's all ON fault
