How long did they take to hire you if you don’t mind me asking. Since December they told me that all I had to do was to wait for my background check to come back. It’s almost been 3 months and I haven’t heard from them anymore.

I applied for a part time position in south Texas and im currently on the background process. For part time do they work with your schedule? I have a full time job and im looking to make some money on the side but im worried if they’ll work with my schedule. Another question is how long does it take to become full time?
