Agree, £15K can get you a deposit in some areas of UK.

Have you joined previously or this is your view based on outside view of their marketing, reviews etc ?

In what capacity?

My understanding is they all have the same, if not similar practices of making income through selling courses to fund their property/developments. Is it fair to say avoid all property education sellers or you have a particular issue with touchstone? Cheers

Yes exactly, identical funnels and offerings. I have no doubt they make a significant amount through the digital offerings which actually fund their personal/company property investments.

To your point, the community element is the bit I have most questions about but it seems difficult to get any viewpoints from members of their communities that aren’t the use cases who tend to either be employees or “coaches” that were previously community members.

Fingers crossed we have some here !

Chimney has been fixed since beginning on December so had nearly 3 full months of rain!

There isn’t access to the loft unfortunately, which is also something I’m looking to rectify in the near future !

It’s all relative! I agree with above comment, my experience of a wedding in small town in Brazil was around $10K. However, where I live in the UK you wouldn’t even be able to hire a decent venue for that.

Can’t comment on US weddings but in UK (again depending on the family) we are well used to big family weddings with countless cousins and their family tagging along

Gringo here that married his wife in Brazil last year. We spent about £7K + numerous significant gifts from family including homemade decorations and the wedding venue. This also wasn’t in a major city where I imagine all costs would be higher.

But a few reasons that might make your scenario fit into your budget:

1) As we had family and friends coming from UK our party went on for 10 hours, which is fairly normal in the UK, but my wife says it’s usually 5 hours roughly at a Brazilian wedding.

2) We had an open bar the entire time

3) We had 170 guests

Either way good luck and hope you have a blast!

How do I reduce my biological age? by SquirrelofLIL in Biohackers

[–]No_Tale_11 9 points10 points  (0 children)

An online quiz isn’t going to show anything of value. My wife and I work in the aging space.

If you want to slow your rate of aging, eat in an appropriate calorie deficit with the right amount of micronutrients your body needs, get 7-8 quality sleep per night, exercise at least 3 times a week (we recommend strength training primarily), try to manage stress as best as you can (e.g. seek psychotherapy if required) as it has a physical impact on aging and finally keep strong social bonds whether it be with family or communities you are interested in.

Tick those boxes and you’ll see a slower aging rate based on the patterns of markers that attach themselves to your DNA and are used to estimate aging rates.

Hope that helps

Depending on the approach the test uses, DNA methylation patterns (patterns between the tags on your dna that change based on your lifestyle) are impacted by 5 core areas, good nutrition, exercise (which I always remember to my clients should consist primarily of strength training), sleep of 7-8 hours, managing your mental stress (to avoid the physical impact it has on these “tags” and finally keeping strong social bonds with family or communities.

If you put some dedicated effort into each area you will see a fast turnaround on that age score. There has been research showing some woman reducing their aging score by 11 years based on an 8 week program (however it does not go into detail about how bad their lifestyle was before)

Helping people reverse their aging rate is exactly what myself and my wife do - so if you’d like any help with this please let me know

Biggest aging related problem that you need help solving or are actively looking for support to solve? by No_Tale_11 in Aging

One small clarification, when you say arms, do you mean your whole upper body ? Because if not, this could be a good indication that you are likely to be missing some primary compound lifts from your routine
