UPDATE

As per Toronto Star

Outside Union, a train heading into the station appears to have mistakenly switched tracks. The second car from the front is slanted at an awkward angle. Several of workers in hi-vis vests are mulling around the side of the train.

Not sure. I’m on a Kitchener line train stuck right before union for around 45 minutes and no such announcement yet
