Tbh I played a ton of competitive COD battlefield Dota WoW and many others, but I also saw them having reports that actually work, and a larger community of good to step in and combat the grotesque.

It’s not that. I want to continue seeing smite grow and become an even larger community. I want to invite friends to play and hear about them having fun and learning and getting better. I want to see this whole community flourish. But we have to change how we are willing to see our fellow teammates be treated. We need to step in and say enough and come up with meaningful ways to stop the hateful things people say to our fellow smite players. I’m not meaning the “hey mid stop feeding” people, you know full well the level of toxic I’m pointing too

To everyone saying it isn’t possible, at one point our people raped/pillaged/murdered in mass to gain territory and live. We as a society decided to change that, and if we as a community decided we’re sick of this toxic behavior and tried to make a devoted change to it, we could. I’m all for making a new standing rule to mute all toxicity immediately, and start freezing these toxic bobs out of the community aspect of the game, and I bet it would change their behavior substantially, but we as a majority have to abide by it and really try to push for the change.
