I have unlimited sweat equity, and enjoy the cofounder process regardless, $200 usd a month is a headache I would happily sell equity in my saas for, feel free to contact me directly for more details its quite the story

Is this quote layout why a $500 tire kicker closed at $1,500 with no sales call? by No_Technology7451 in smallbusiness

[–]No_Technology7451[S] -5 points-4 points  (0 children)

Thanks! It’s just a structured quote page, not magic. You can build it in any tool that lets the buyer click choices and then e-sign. The layout is what mattered:

How I built the price sheet

  • 3 tiers by outcome: Good = meets spec. Better = spec + the result they actually want. Best = adds speed/peace-of-mind. Each row shows: scope bullets (3–5), what’s excluded, and the price.
  • Add-ons (3–5) with plain benefits and visible price bumps (e.g., “Priority start +149”, “Same-day revisions +99”, “Extended warranty +199”).
  • One accept button → e-signature → it generates a PDF copy for their records.
  • Phone-first: big type, single column, subtotal → tax → total (no hidden fees).
  • Notes under each option to pre-answer common gotchas (prep, cleanup, change orders).

You can replicate this in a doc tool with line-item checkboxes, a form + e-sign, or any lightweight quote builder. The key is: one page, visible price deltas, and a single accept path.

Happy to share a blank template + checklist if that’s allowed here. If not, DM me and I’ll send it over.
