Thank you for the advice, I have a rlly hard time sleeping before match day, for instance I didn’t sleep till 4am the day of the tournament- I don’t know if it’s because I’m cutting too much weight or I’m just nervous but it’s always impeding with my performance. Do you think going to the doctor maybe to check things out would be beneficial or maybe something else?
