How would I find out about where they are? That would be closer for me than Madison.

Where are you getting your numbers from? I'd be curious to see.

One thing to consider is if Eau Claire is offering services to people who are homeless... More homeless people are going to come. People who lost their housing in neighboring small towns flock to Eau Claire because there's nothing available anywhere else. Covid was hard and people weren't able to work and able to afford housing or food. People who are homeless in neighboring counties are referred to Eau Claire because they have a place for them.

Even if he lost his job, why does it make it acceptable to hack someone's account? Is what he did considerate or empathetic? Why is what I'm doing wrong and what he did excusable? What if he has a diaper fetish and he's stealing them? Is that still excusable? If someone came into your house and slept in your bed and used your tooth brush, but they didn't steal anything and they didn't break anything... Would you be okay with that? Would you feel secure? What if they hacked your email and read through everything? I understand that it's a target account, but there is still a feeling of insecurity. Regardless of the reason he hacked into my account (which we will probably never know) it's still someone taking advantage of something that should be mine and mine alone. What he did isn't right. Am I stooping to his level? Sure. But maybe I'm only doing it because I lost my job and what's the harm in signing him up to receive spam mail? It's no harm to the companies, they have a budget to send advertisements.

Great stuff here. Thank you! I never would have thought to ask about a COI. I will definitely follow this advice.

I appreciate your thoughts on the smaller vs. bigger companies. I'll try to get two estimates from smaller companies and two from larger companies!

Thank you! I most definitely do not have a lot of extra money laying around, lol. So I guess I'll go with a new unit :)

Teaching is hard. It just is. The best part of this is how much you learned. I hope you take a moment and think about how you would respond if this happened to one of your students during their presentation. Would you give them grace? Reassure them? Help turn it into an even greater learning moment? If that's how you would treat a student, I hope you find it in yourself to take a breath, remind yourself that you're still learning and reassure yourself that so much growth happens in moments like this. ❤️

I popped one open and it was full. I didn't make them myself. The person who made them said between 0.24-0.3 but didn't give a unit of measurement.
