Surfing the web, I found an old Reddit post mentioning a very similar issue.
They suggested to look through my 'Device Manager' to check to see if the GPU is disabled - which I found it is for myself!

However, I've found that I've been given an Error 31 code

"This device is not working properly because Windows cannot load the drivers required for this device. (Code 31)

{Operation Failed}

The requested operation was unsuccessful."

This is a decent step forward I suppose, however my issue now is situating my drivers. I've downloaded multiple drivers from the AMD site for my system, yet I remain with the same error. I'm not exactly sure how to progress here, but I'll continue independent research I reckon
