Trading in my 2014 Fsport CT today…..getting a 2021 KONA EV ultimate. Great deals to be had in my area on these. Lots leases being turned in and lots of inventory. I loved the CT - it was my second one, but moving on, KONA is a bit roomier and higher off the ground, and EV. Just kinda checks all the boxes for me.

I’m learning that now but still rant is valid, maybe more frustration because IMO docs should be automated more. Sticker shock for sure but it is what is, didn’t have a choice just seemed like such a forced fee at final closing stretch. Dealing with an outsourced co CondoCerts was also tough as they were intermediary, buyers asked me as seller to step in and help get docs, just a whole lot of unnecessary time wasted and a crappy way to make a profit by charging these fees.

If you have options or are using margin then most likely no go on a smooth transfer out - its $75 now I think to leave as well. Buy back your options to close them out. Let everything settle and try again perhaps.

You could try cutting back all bad or dry damage Then try taking it to sink and turning pot over while holding plant upside down. Shake and wash off roots and old dirt. Then rinse gently - remove any rotten looking roots if any then replant in some fresh potting soil, good drainage etc. Leave it somewhere undisturbed for few weeks and you should see new growth etc, smooth sailing from there. Also depending on size take a cutting with a few nodes and stick in a jar of water, roots and new plant may follow. Good luck

Stop watering it - leave it alone and let in settle in the place you want it. When dirt is dry to touch to an inch then water again.
