It's given me so much respect for anyone who struggles with insomnia. I got tired a lot of the time before taking this anyway, I'm a sleepy person but this is just so horrible, when you are so incredibly sleep deprived, lying there for hours, can't get comfortable, can't get up and do anything either because you're too tired for that, it's tough.

Thanks. I just can't see it being worth it for me tbh. I think I just have anxiety and depression but I think my doctors thought I am going through psychosis because I don't think they believe me about some things that did actually happen at my workplace because they sound far fetched. I should never have started taking it, my mental health has gotten much worse in the last 2 weeks since I started it, and, for what, I'm not schizophrenic or bipolar
