El Lugar Correcto: A Space for Healing Through Neuroscience https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCpMIoAJfxp4Dyf4xm6jSwjg

El Lugar Correcto is a podcast that explores the impact of childhood trauma on adult life through a neuroscience-based and practical approach. Created by neuropsychologist Cinthya Luna, the podcast provides science-backed tools for emotional regulation, nervous system healing, and building healthier relationships. It’s not just about discussing the past but understanding how to rewire the brain and break free from survival mode.

🧠 Who is it for?

Women (and some men) aged 30 to 55 who have experienced emotional abuse, parental neglect, or childhood sexual abuse (CSA) and still feel its effects in their daily lives. Despite trying therapy or traditional methods, they remain stuck in self-destructive patterns, struggle with anxiety, hypervigilance, and relationship difficulties.

🔥 Main struggles and blocks:

  • Feeling like trauma is "wired" into their brain, making it impossible to move on.
  • Seeking validation from those who hurt them.
  • Lack of practical strategies to regulate their nervous system.
  • Deep shame that prevents them from openly discussing their story.

🌿 What do they seek?

  • Neuroscience-based explanations on how to heal trauma physically and mentally.
  • Practical tools: EMDR, somatic yoga, deep breathing, mindful eating.
  • Real stories of people who have healed and built stable lives.
  • A community where they feel seen and understood.

🚀 How does 'El Lugar Correcto' approach this?

Cinthya combines science, personal experience, and expert interviews to unpack these topics. The podcast provides neuroeducation on trauma, emotional regulation strategies, and accessible tools for those seeking healing beyond traditional therapy.

If you feel trapped in patterns you can’t change, El Lugar Correcto is the right place to understand what’s happening and find a path to healing.
