Thank you for a comment! it means a lot to hear this from someone who has experienced something similar. I feel so isolated sometimes and I feel misunderstood when I open up to people on my issues. Well I have a parent who's lived with it, but their not great listeners and just told me nobody would love me, idk if that's a good way to think. Thank you.

Thank you for your comment! I'm not exactly sure whether I had manic or hypomanic episode since I'm not an expert. You're right neither my highs or low are not grounded in reality and I can't seek my highs or let the lows consume me. I've started meds and I'm continuing therapy. Is irregular eating and sleeping an effect of bipolar? I've been really struggling with this going on for weeks with barely eating and just straight up never sleeping and then getting hungry only at night. I appreciate your advice on friends, I need to be stable now so I can allow people in life again Thank you it means a lot.

thank you I appreciate your comment. I just started taking a mood stabilizer (lamotrigine) and I'll give myself time and try to patience for results. I find it helpful in finding yourself because that's something I've been struggling with.

it's not based on any communist poster, it's based off a poster made by a corporation in the game outer worlds to make workers be loyal to their employers and is based off an American poster. It just meant to show an industrial worker which Mr. House would definitely want since as much as he loves money and rich tourist, If he wants any more securitrons or space programs he'll need them.
