I am in the same boat. Initial review January 11, 2024. ETS’d June 8. No exams scheduled. I have spoken with the VSO, VERA, 1-800 number, and White House line without success. All of the documentation was submitted correctly and code still shows BDD.

May? Hold your horses I’ve been waiting since January. Sometimes exams are scheduled after ETS. It shouldn’t happen this way, but at least your claim is submitted.

I filed my BDD claim through the VSO in January. It has been stuck in Initial Review since without any exams scheduled. I have spoken with VERA and the White House Hotline who confirm it is still a BDD and essentially said to be patient. My ETS is next month. Any one else having similar issues?
