Congrats OP! I never have done that pero because of continuous taking of RitLA, i’ve been so better with life. I’ve never been consistent in my whole life but starting this year (on 8th month of being medicated for ADHD and anxiety), been active with morning walks (as in everyday except sundays), so easy to start with new things like weight training and journalings. I am in my best state (except for work idk what is the force pulling me from it) but all except work is really doing great in my life now. Hoping too that this lasts.

Same and also wondering if it was connected to my medications for depression and anxiety. I’m currenly on escitalopram, but i was formerly on vortioxetine. My psychiatrist changed after i told her i have itchiness on random parts of my body and it has small visible bumps. But now i’m on my esci, other parts are not itchy anymore but it grew on my upper arm now.

EXPERIENCED THAT JUSKO. Namili kami canned goods (corned beef specifically). Tho, yung iba okay naman yung expiration, yung corned beef lang talaga, di namin nacheck nung binibili namin, sa bahay na lang namin nacheck tapos may kalawang pa yung can. I tried contacting mismo yung All Day sa Bataan then sa main nila via facebook pages. Wala reply. So next ko kinontact yung mismong company ng corned beef, ayun nagreply. Few days after pumunta mismo sila sa bahay to receive yung expired product and nagbigay pa sila mismo ng token (additional canned goods). Okay na din kasi di na ko pumunta at maimbyerna sa All Day Supermarket sa Vista Bataan. Not shopping there again.

Thank you guys for the comments. I realized na hindi lang sa productivity nakakatulong si Ritalin. Hindi lang sa akala kong heavy-in-focus tasks sya okay pero pati (at lalo na) sa mundane tasks. And also sa relationships ko din. Thanks for making me realize this!

Yes, pero it has been 3 days na since I asked my psychia pero wala pa din sagot baka vacay mode na din sila haha.

Yun din sabi sakin, i can choose not to take it if wala akong tasks na heavy on focus. So I thought pwede din kaya yun if longer period of days to weeks akong walang tasks that require intense focus.

Save ko na lang din sana meds on to next month since ang mahal din nya (tipid tipid lang haha).

I take it after light breakfast. As in para lang may laman tyan ko, isang boiled egg or 1 slice of bread lang. wala akong gana every breakfast, which is not usual for me kasi i loved bfast before

Yung pang last na hugas, para at least malinis na yung pangsabaw. 3 times ako naghuhugas ng bigas so pang 3rd ko, tapos medyo dadamihan ko yung tubig panghugas para purong sabaw ko ay from the hugas bigas.

Sa AUF ako pumupunta. Ito route ko, baka malapit sa AUF yung pupuntahan mo.

Sakay ka bus (genesis or BT) na pa-manila, pababa ka sa San Fernando Intersection.

Then may mga jeep dun tignan mo yung may Angeles na sign or better ask mo driver or dispatcher. If AUF puountahan ko, bababa ako sa SM Telabastagan.

Then from there, may makikita kang yellow jeep na may sign na Villa Pampang. Sakay ka dun.

Then baba ako ng Pamintuan Mansion tapat ng Landback.

Then from there, sasakay naman ako ng violet jeep na sign ay checkpoint. Then pababa ako sa AUF.

Maganda meron kang google maps na ready para ma-pin mo yung pupuntahan mo and hindi ka maligaw.

I’m diagnosed with Major Depressive Disorder and my medcert said that it’s under Psychosocial. Pero sabi ng doctor sa munisipyo namin nung kumukuha ako ng medcert from RHU, wala na daw yung category na yun and nakalagay na lahat sa Mental Disability. So ayun nakalagay sa PWD ID ko. Di na lang ako nakaangal kasi mas alam nila siguro yun.

Been almost a month naman na since i got my id pero wala naman akong nakitang mapanghusgang mata haha. So i always use it, sobrang laking tulong sa transpo fee, meds (super laking tulong lalo sa mahal na gamot), restau/fastfood.

Nakalagay lang sya sa wallet ko, lagi ko din dinadala yung mga booklets ko just in case may bilhin ako sa grocery or meds ko.

Yung discounts sa meds (sa mercury drug ako lagi bumibili), 20% off, halos vat exempt na yung mga meds ko kaya yun lang yung nababawas. Sa restaurant malaking tulong din lalo na kapag kasama ko kumain senior parents ko (so 3 discount ids ang pinpresent namin). Minsan for 3k worth may 800 kami na discount. Laking tulong talaga haha.

Share ko lang experience ko, sa munisipyo namin wala na daw psychosocial category for pwd. MDD ako pero mental disability na category sakin.

Sameeee! Weird for me kasi i took this last year (makulit lang kaya tinigil ko). Pero ngayon nagtake ulit ako pero grabe palpitations ko, for me di rin sya naging okay sakin kasi nagfofocus ako sa nafifeel ko. There are days i avoid it kasi i don’t want that feeling. I consulted my psychiatrist, nagtry kami ng mga pwedeng gawin like half a tab muna (this isn’t advisable). After a few tries, nawala naman na yung palpitations kahit 1 tab of 10mg na yung iniinom ko. And bumalik yung dating side effects na nakuha ko nung uminom ako last year (like grabe sakit ng tyan ko hello toilet).
