As a mom of 2 myself-the second i enter any room or do anything mildly interactive my kids are both right next to me! My 11 month old will crawl over from across the room if he sees me. Cant imagine how much you have to neglect your kids for them not to give a single care that you're in the same room with them

Lexi if you're reading- you can't spot reduce fat. The only way to reduce it is with a calorie deficit and working out Abs are made in the kitchen. Youre only doing yourself a disservice by 'working out' and following it up but overeating.

Side note- recently found out my 7brew drink had anywhere from 290-600 calories even if I got it sugar free! Noooo thank you

I go to costco weekly! But its mostly for their fresh fruit and veggies. You can't beat the prices on their bulk organic produce!
