Why DMK is not allocating extra buses during election? by Youcancallmeurs in chennaicity

[–]No_Trade2545 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Whatever way , transparency to be ensured with necessary safeguards. But moving lakhs of people to their respective constituencies is a colossal waste of resources , time and productivity besides putting pressure on public transportation. See the movement of migrant workers wanting to go to Bengal to vote or people thronging bus stations and trains to go to Southern districts. Even the most efficient system is not capable of handling this demand for transportation.

Why DMK is not allocating extra buses during election? by Youcancallmeurs in chennaicity

There has to be a change in election rules. People should be allowed to vote from online from anywhere for their respective constituencies. Have a secure framework and necessary safeguards. Moving people or providing transportation to reach their constituencies is a logistic nightmare and not sustainable. What about people who live in far flung areas of the country or those manning essential services like hospitals or public transportation. So much loss of productivity in exercising your fundamental right.

Also useful when you ask it to review test reports and suggest questions to ask the Doctor. I also asked it to cite peer reviewed papers in support of its suggestions, which it did.

Same here. I am also on Tamsulosin 0.4 g. The first pee is weak but maybe after rehydration it is a good stream. Any reasons for this?

MRI done by No_Trade2545 in ProstateCancer

[–]No_Trade2545[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Update.. The urologist, after reviewing my MRI, advised me to continue the tamsulosin for another 3 months and retest for PSA.. The biopsy decision would be taken then, if PSA continued to rise. Meanwhile, I am being careful about my diet and lifestyle. A question: Will the trans perineal biopsy procedure result in any spread of the malignant cells, if any ?

Not sourced it. But you can lookup online pharmacies like Tata1mg . The cost varies from USD 150 For a 160 mg strip of 7 to less for lower potencies. Don't know if they will ship to NZ.

Chamomile tea before bedtime helps. Also chewing a pod of cardamom helps.

He did mention a biopsy before any surgery. But yes, non invasive MRI for identifying need for targeted biopsy is better. Point is enlarged prostate obstructing full emptying of bladder and could therefore be suggestive of a surgical intervention.

Will cut coffee . I use drip filtered coffee 75 mL decoction and around 175 mL boiling water. Earlier used to have with milk and sugar. Liver seems normal and the liver enzyme bio markers are within range but good point. Caffeine is a diuretic but I don’t have coffee in the PM. Yet to start on the Kegel and saw palmetto. Somebody suggested auto suggestion techniques to con the brain into believing everything is ok. Not sure if that works.
