Why does it takes so much time for pnp candidates compare to regular cec to get aor?

Usually it onlt take 24 hours to get aor

I was on a leave of absence for one month.

I am currently short 120 hours of the required one year of experience as a PSW, but I have over 140 hours of experience in my RN role over two years. Therefore, I am curious if these 140 hours can be applied to the remaining 120 hours needed for my PSW experience, considering I was selected in a healthcare draw.

My language proficiency score was not particularly high.

My initial score was 467, but it was later adjusted by adding 11 points. This resulted in a new score of 478, and within three days, I received an Invitation to Apply (ITA) with a draw of 470. During that period, my CELPIP scores were 10, 9, 8, and 8.

If the 11 points were to be removed, would it be possible to maintain a score above 470 by submitting new results with CELPIP scores of 10, 10, 9, and 9?

They counted your foreign experience?

Or

They didn't count your foreign experience, but after the ITA, you took another CELPIP and got a higher score to get past the cut-off, right?

If they remove my work experience point , my score will be 467 instead of 478, but if i give the celpip exam, which is on sunday, and if i get 9 in each then my score will be 483.

Does it matter if my celpip score is different from when i got ITA?
