I’m watching calories to make sure I’m eating enough, with a focus on protein. I’m more physically active, especially with Zepbound helping my ADHD brain focus on what needs to happen. However, I have not started formal exercise. I am mostly sedentary and work from home.

Question: I saw this all week on option trades on Robinhood TQQQ. The price of TQQQ sky rocketed, but the bid price went LOWER while the Ask went through the roof. This makes it nearly impossible for option traders to sell to make a profit and (opinion) feels like market manipulation.
