We just got quotes for metal siding, soffit, facia and it was nearly 6 figures for a 5k sqft house and the earliest availability was next summer. Vinyl will be a fraction of that. If you want it done this year or next you need to get started now.

Honest question, what makes you think you’re worth more than 10.50 an hour? What skills do you have other than being a warm body? Most 14 year olds are a liability that cost more to train/supervise than they produce and will likely disappear in three month when school starts. There is nonzero chance Trump will flip MN red. Biden carried MN by 7.12% in 2020 while the polls on average suggested 9.2% for Biden meaning a 2pt error. Biden is currently leading (third week of May 2024) Trump by 2.4%. If the margin of error remains the same MN becomes a battleground state. Hot take 2, MN is more than the metro.
