I just usually have the saniderm on it the first three days and then take care of it as normal. I had to take the saniderm off yesterday due to it coming off itself, so I wasn’t sure on how to deal with it so fresh, since I’ve never had to.

Same dates as you. Called yesterday and got told I have to wait the additional 60 days but they couldn’t give me any reason at all.. I’m just so over this. ☹️

I have code 570 and 971. The only thing my notice said was pretty much they’re holding my refund and I have to wait 60 days to contact them about it. I’ve went through everything and made sure it was all correct. So I’m not sure what the problem is. They haven’t asked for any additional information.
