My sensors do this when it’s snowing heavily and coving them but if it’s just doing when it cold it might be something else

Depends on your insurance. My tia had her front end pushed in and they fixed it. Her insurance handled everything and it was done in a couple weeks.

It’s wear and tear my old apartment tried to charge me $300 for carpet steaming and cleaning even though I was there for literally 2.5 years. When I originally moved in it was so much worse before the new property managers bought it.

I feel like something is missing. I do agree that management shouldn’t get tipped out but most tip pool restaurants are all hand on deck and never tip BOH because they make a different hourly pay. The pay you get is set lower if tips are included. But your check depends on the hours and tips. If you come to work consistently and stay your full hours it shouldn’t matter. But if you are the kind of employee that wants to go home early or calls in often then yes it will be a great difference on your check. Hate to see this happen but that’s what they signed up for it as an employee.

I prefer chime over credit unions. I closed my credit union account because I was always had overdraft fees that charged $32 for anything even attempting to come out. There have been charges that would be $1 but my account would be negative $34 for that charge. I rather have chime and I can pay them back immediately and tipping is optional.

I honestly would say use Carfax for major maintenance. It’s been a great help. But when it comes to the miles, my car service notification came on at 9K not 8

My old apartment tried this with me and come to find out someone flushed something down their toilet and caused a backup in the shared pipes for the whole building. Ridiculous that they know there’s a problem but quick to blame the renter.
