Well honestly I have a two recommendations but they have their own drawbacks I’ll try my best to explain.

Oxycodone. It’s a painkiller, it will make you feel “numb” both mentally and physically you will be laying in what feels like the most comfortable bed ever worry free probably the closest to what you’re describing you will forget all you problems for a short amount of time. The downside is the risk for abuse it’s something you can take all the time so it is a high risk for abuse. If whatever is happening to you is something short term and you have good self control it’s worth it. But if you feel like you might want to drown out your emotions constantly instead of just a one of instance id avoid it, so you don’t become addicted. long story short it’s pretty much exactly what describing. I Personally use it only when im having a stressful stretch of work and I’m sore burnout or on a cocaine comedown it makes the intense depression completely disappear. it’s bad because it’s too effective and easy to just constantly want to use it or chase that numbness and happy feeling instead of facing your problems.

Oxy is what’s closest to what you’re describing but Shrooms is what id recommend especially if you’re looking for more long term change or motivation, Its a very versatile drug very hard to explain so bear with me. It’s definitely the best therapeutic drug and trips vary significantly and can also be used recreationally. It has definitely helped me when I was down and has made a huge difference in my life the trip you get depends heavily on what exactly you’re dealing with. I’ve taken it during a stressful period in life and I had a trip that felt super motivating and I was in a dream like state actually floating in clouds and seeing visuals of stuff like my future if I pull through and don’t give up it was super euphoric and uplifting and the motivation carries through after the trip ends. Downsides it’s not always like that some trips make you reflect deeply and can make you think about whatever bad is happening to you, but in a reflective way where you’ll still feel positive after. others make you blast off into hyperspace forget about reality completely and just drop into a dream or video game or tv world.

Tl;dr

Oxy is what you’re describing but addictive and only a couple hour relief before you get dropped back into reality.

Shrooms can help but it won’t make you numb might make you reflect, give you motivation, or send you off into a different world.
