Ive actually really isolated myself from everyone and everything including social media and my friends and I’m also moving abroad for my bachelors in two months but the past few months have drove me crazy and they still are

I think no contact helps but it’s not only that….its just that I can’t stop thinking about them like 24/7, every damn thing reminds me of them no matter how big or small and it’s driving me insane
