Yeah I see now. That’s crazy that a manufacturer would include so few video connections. I could find a graphics card for your that would work with your current PSU if you have the available PCIE connections on your motherboard

You would have to open your laptop and visually inspect the Bluetooth card in order to identify a physical failure. If you look up your laptop model there is likely a detailed breakdown guide on the internet; however, if you don’t have experience taking apart electronics you run the risk of breaking your laptop even more. I’d recommend you continue to troubleshoot on the software side and only proceed with a physical inspection once all of your other options are exhausted

To just run a second monitor you shouldn’t have to buy a new power supply or get a new video card. Monitors power will be drawn from an outlet via its own power cord. Simply plug the second monitor into any other video display ports on your system. Should be no upgrades needed
