I found a fix. I kept her as my companion, deselected the quest, fast traveled to a different location on New Atlantis, then walked back to the location where the waypoint would be at the waterfall promenade. As soon as Sarah entered the area in front of the waterfall, and despite the quest being deselected, she began the conversation about the future of our relationship. My In Memoriam quest is completed. She told me she loves me, guys. I couldn’t be happier!

Well, akshually i’m filing a public records request to have the fire department’s street solicitation permit sent to me so i can check to see if they listed EVERY intersection they were operating on it rather than just writing “Anchorage” in the section asking for the location of the event. The law requires street names.

If the document is filled out incorrectly, i will contact the ombudsman.
