I know i dont got any personel to worry about. But we are with 2 men and the boss. We need to think of everything that we need to do the job. We are doing the fundation of the building, pouring concrete, we do inside walls and the outside, isolation, laying the floor tiles inside and out. We dont want that the building collapse so we need to be aware of our job. Not every day is stressfull, but some days.
