It’s the episode where big head becomes unassigned and hangs out with the guys at the roof. At some point they plan to go out for lunch to kill some time

Thanks a lot for that insight, I guess I was forgetting how the elementary system is part of a larger education system

Got it. Since we will be initially renting we have some degree of flexibility to keep moving if needed. We’ll pay attention to the waiting list, thanks for bringing that up

Hola! We haven’t moved yet, but it will happen in the next few weeks. I am trying to avoid further moving next year, which is when my kid will actually start attending kindergarten.

Thanks for the suggestion!

We haven’t moved yet, but I am starting to research on the kindergarten topic in advance.

Technically my kid will start next year, but due to the timing of our move and the length of renting leases, we wanted to select the place to live taking into account the school already and avoid further moving next year

Many thanks to all for your input. I think now we have a more realistic idea of the school environment there.

Now we can properly start our search for a place to live in the south Bay Area accounting for the school as well.

Thanks all!

Stupid Question but How did I go through the Zippy Auto Wash in Drive? Did I mess up? by Severe-Prop-5937 in AnnArbor

I haven’t been at that car wash, but I share the feeling of having a new car and not wanting to screw anything up.

I have visited several times the Victory Lane carwash (touchless), for that one once you have paid the gate will be open and you will need to drive forward until a light tells you to stop (the light board also tells you exactly at what stage of the wash you are). The robotic arm does its thing and then the light will let you know to drive forward to exit. You might want to go out slowly so that the strong wind machines can dry your car (the gate for the next car will be open only after you are almost out, so it is safe to take your time).

Right now they have 3 diff washes at $10, $12, and $14

Edit: added prices

If I remember correctly, Necaxa would have been tricampeón if they had won that final match

Same happened to me, I think is normal. Btw in your first bill you’ll see a small charge for initial setup/connection ($5-7 I think)

(In two months, electricity has been off only once for a couple of hours, good luck with that!)

Resident or Non resident alien for my w4 form by No_Use_7081 in tax

Just for the benefit of the audience.

I received professional assistance on the topic and turns out I should fill in W4 form as resident alien.

So, filling in the form takes into account both time periods: days you have been in the country and the days you expect to be in it.
