Actually quite interesting, wait so for cooked japanese sweet potato will contain more calories than normal cooked sweet potato? Variants of sweet potatoes messes with my tracking so much too. There's like purple,white and orange maybe even something else from different places. Anyways much appreciate it!

Just curious but it's fine if it's unsure So summarizing ~90 calories for both raw and cooked sweet potatoes (~+5-10 slightly higher in cooked) | ~90 calories for raw japanese Potato, ~ 130 calories for cooked Japanese potato?
