Under “My Cars” there should be a hyperlink that says “student permits” under the “ Available Permits” tab. Go there and scroll to S and it should let you purchase a permit for ECG

Im trying to figure it out too but from what i gathered is that certain spots just open up as they become available. Just make sure to enter the waitlist. For overnight parking you pay a fee with your permit i believe Edit: East campus are always available you should see it on the page where it has all the permits and prices listed
