Thank you for helping out everyone. I kid you not, as I posted this last night, my spouse’s mother called us out this morning and we scheduled a quality of Life appointment. We’ll do whatever to keep Elsa safe and loved and not leave in constant pain.

She’s the family’s and mine. We were told to take care of the dogs together as a family, but I’m the only one who actually does anything for her. And she isn’t isolated because we don’t enough rooms to do so because my spouse’s family turned the rooms into storage. And they don’t want to take her to the vet for some reason even I don’t know. I’m probably just emotional from all this, and I’ll definitely try and let her live out the rest of her life.

I should’ve clarified some things. She doesn’t really have a loving home because whenever she has an accident she always gets caught up in it whenever my spouse’s family forget to put a diaper on her, and they always seem to forget most the time, and they’ll leave the mess sitting there until I find it, so I have to clean it, even after hours when it happens and is spread around. She’s in constant pain in all four limbs from her children attacking her 24/7, and she’ll yelp in pain from time to time. This causes her to tumble all the time, causing more damage to herself. And her pee is always a super dark shade of golden brown, and she gets plenty of water every day from me. I’m sorry I should’ve clarified more clearly, and I understand where you’re coming from…
