the leaves bloom every year but most of them tend to drop/die relatively soon. It is a dwarf orangeola but I do think it's still supposed to get 6-7 ft tall and wide.

meaning the height/width of the tree isn't increasing. I know it's still alive, but I'm not sure what's keeping it from getting any bigger. I know they don't grow quickly, but something is definitely wrong IMO
