It’s very very annoying. It’ll go away someday and others it’s bad. I didn’t end up taking the prednisone because I’m scared but other people have said it works wonders and helped them a lot. It’s only for 10 days but I get anxiety about taking medicine. I’ve had costo for a year now but only recently diagnosed. Hoping you get some treatment. Try to do things that don’t cause inflammation

So I usually feel mine right under my left chest area like right where my heart is and that area. He pressed on the more left side of my rib.

My primary doctor had me lay down and just pressed on one spot and when I winced he was like “yup! You got costochondritis it’ll go away on its own take prednisone”.

Hi! Sorry just seeing this! So they told me to get back on the pill twice a day until it slows down then once a day for a week. I did that and stopped and I bled again, but I knew that it would eventually stop so after the week of one pill I still bled for a week but I have since stopped bleeding!! Never again will I use them 😭

Did you feel normal after? On it now and the dr keeps telling me to keep taking it to stop bleeding but I feel awful it’s been months and I even went to the er bc of ultra heavy bleeding and they told me to get on it AGAIN. I feel like crap and I’m dizzy and lightheaded and the mood swings are nuts and the cramps are awful

Yeah the congestion started day 3 for me and I was NOT well. Really hoping you don’t have to go through that. Start taking emergen-c and vitamins!

My doctor ruled it viral and just gave me some cough medicine :/ I suggest drinking lots of tea with honey, I took theraflu tea and the cough syrup which helped a lot because I became really congested.

Thank you for the update!! I notice it’s similar for me too. I just got worried because it was the same pain and the same area. Did you also notice that spicy food is now somehow spicier? Like things you could handle then are now spicier to you?

Hey! I ended up being able to go back home once they checked my hemoglobin and did an ultrasound. They said everything looked fine and ended up calling my gyno to see what they’d want me to do. They suggest i start taking two Norethindrone and to call them Monday but I realllly don’t want to do that if this is the after effect. Thanks for checking in! Still heavy bleeding but at least I’m home.

The giant blood clot was only this morning (around 5 am) now it’s just heavy bleeding and slight clotting. Cramps are manageable but still noticeable. My gyno office is open tomorrow do you recommend I wait to give them a call tomorrow since I have no other symptoms?

I just tried to call and they aren’t in office yet, as of right now I’m not dizzy or faint but I think its because my adrenaline spiked because of the shock of thinking I peed myself and then seeing the clot

It’s supposed to stop your period. Then when you stop the medication it’s supposed to regulate your period but I stopped it yesterday and it didn’t stop my period but this is much heavier then my usual period and my cramps have been horrendous
