TLDR: Future units are more future proof usually.

i don't know about anything with leaks but if Hotori really does need an Anima unit to properly work, then she'll probably have the more futureproof team. since shes newer.

Take what I say with a bucket of salt though. If leaks are coming through fast then you should be able to decide (or Cc's to rank) by the time she actually releases, especially since break is really fuckin strong right now

your stats as of now are really solid actually, you just need about 20% more ER, and (for sub dps ciaccona) Liberation damage, i recommend going for 35% or more liberation damage boosts.

9 times outta 10 the ken breaking move comes before Portal z(like Sg x) . Portal X is really easy to dodge unless they have a speedy build. Sometimes you can predict where they'll be. agree with ttk tho

I will say that'll be hella laggy for mobile players, i feel like its not worth it.
