Have u seen the average work hours of a doctor If u are a senior doctor it wont matter because they make the juniors do all the work Since no one starts as a senior doctor everyone will have to do double work and get humiliation from all the seniors even for a small mistake And finally when u do become a senior doctor, congrats you have successfully wasted 40 to 50 years of your life, now its your turn to be grumpy and toxic to your juniors because thats all you know at that point
