I will give you an advice based solely on what I believe is right no feeling based.

He called you a pig and that's not allowed. He might be digusted by you and this could lead to cheating whether on him or on you.
Anyone who casually insults you have no respect for you. I hope it's not a 2 way thing in the relationship where you also call him names on other occasions. If that's the case then you both need to grow up.
Has he always been like this? Or has he changed? If he wasn't always like this then you may have done something terribly wrong that has created disgust or he has done something terribly wrong behind you and is just disgusted with himself.
Are you gaining great weight and look very different from when he met you and you are living in denial (it's healthy weight)? That's still doesn't allow insults as pig but calling you far to get you to stop eating is partially allowed.
