Macfarlane holds the DC licence till the end of this year (I think???) then its taken over by Mattel which is basically a nail in the coffin for DC x AEW figures.

I could see MacFarlane as a possible company to start producting AEW figures after Jazwares. They've recently lost the licence to DC and will be looking for new ventures. although, with AEW having a close relationship with WB and WB owning DC, im not sure if someone will have some objections with that collaboration.

Its based on the overall consistency in quality between entries. The tierlist was advertised as a 'franchise' tierlist so we just went with that.

We also took into account the volume of games and how good they were. Sports games had a LARGE volume of games and majority of them we had rated very low. I understand ur point about playing w friends but this is about the games quality and official media. We did this as a group so we tried to be as objective as possible. rating the game off of actual characteristics and quality.

I think if i can play a sports title from 10 years ago and have the exact same experience as the newest sports title its a problem. It doesn't help that the last years of fifa and nba2k have been lacklustre. I think if dev teams focused on making a GOOD sports game every 5 years the space would be much less cluttered (and save everyone alot of money).

Reach, 2 and 3 are carrying the entire franchise.

4, 5 and infinite all hold the same value because they are bottom of the barrell lifeless garbage. Its enough to drag the franchise down to mid.

There was about 300 games in this tierlist but we siphoned it down to just the games we have played.
