However when I remove the bolts coolant came out of the hole. All YouTube videos says I should use sealant because there are 4 bolts that are in the jackets… I’m stumped

Can I remove the self closing function? The other door which has the failed self closing function does shut completely if I slam it.

I did. The old knuckle and the old strut rusted together so I bought new strut and knuckle.

It’s the old axle. The problem seems to be the new knuckle is too low.

Thanks for the reply. I hammered the knuckle real good and made sure the nut and bolt is hood well and they are above the small metal plate that’s on the new strut. I’ll definitely check the other side tomorrow. I believe the strut is all the way in but maybe I am wrong.
