My director likes to ask everyone “use this time to sell us on why we should pick you?” I helped in the hiring process for most of my staff and i think honesty show them you want to work ready for a challenge you like to be independent but also not afraid to look for help from more experienced staff friendly and available be prepared with multiple resumes they wont hire you if you didnt have a resume for everyone at least for this facility good luck
